Heide wakes up at 4:30 every morning to get to the bakery where she is the manager. Her employees will tell you she is a hard but fair boss, fast with a compliment but man, will she call you out if you are careless or lazy. She makes sure to send all the employees home with a treat for the kids, and spends an hour after work everyday making sure the unhoused around the bakery have something to eat. She’s a good egg.
